Overview of Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy that starts from the date of delivery. Please contact us and let us know what we can do to make you a satisfied customer. If you are outside the 30 day window, we will do our best to make satisfied, but we may not be able to offer you a full refund. In some cases we will offer you store credit; however we’re always willing to work with you to find a reasonable solution to the problem. Please contact us at Customer Service.

In rare cases we may determine that your item(s) need to be returned to us for some reason, they must be unused and in the same condition that you received your item(s). Item(s) must also be in their original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refund may be granted:

    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing original packaging for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds, Returns and Replacements

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchases. You can do that by sending an email to Customer Service. We will respond to you within 48 hours (not counting weekends and holidays). 

If we need to refund your purchase, as long as you abide by our refund policy, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

In some cases, IF we agree to a one-time free return option for an item(s). Sea King will pay for that return along with shipping you a replacement product if that’s how we resolve the problem. We will need to discuss anything outside of this policy.

Please note: We typically only replace items that incur in-the-box damages. If a box gets damaged it is likely due to the shipper’s negligence. If you need to exchange your purchase due to an in-the-box damage shipment we will replace the item (or a similar one of the same quality if the same item is no longer available). All you need to do is end us an email at Customer Service and let us know. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account before contacting us. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be fully refunded. Certain sale items like closeouts cannot be refunded. In most cases we will approve a store credit for your purchase if a closeout has in the box damages. If you have a unique situation you would like to bring to our attention, feel free to contact us here Customer Service. or use our customer response form found in the green circle at the bottom right corner of each page. You can also contact us using our contact form.

Exchanges

Exchange are only allowed within the guidelines of our return and refund policies.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you or the person you are giving the gift to, you need to follow the return and refund policies listed above. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to someone, if the gift is given to the gift receiver within the 30 day policy as described above, we will send a refund to the gift giver. If it is after the 30 day window, we will issue a store credit. 

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you need to mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of an item you no longer want. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. That is the responsibility of the shipping method you use.
